None of us work for free. Everything we read now about Gen Y tells us that its not just about money but lets face it, having a healthy salary certainly helps. We constantly examine the market to make sure we are paying in excess of market rate and this is proven by our ability to keep our staff.
Every 3 months we release a new sales target. Unlike the annual trip this isn't for everyone and only a certain number of people qualify. Previous examples include lunch at Gordon Ramsay, a spy games experience and yachting days on the Solent.
Yes you read this correctly! We have our own in house beauty salon for both our clients and our staff.
This was easy to establish when there were 4 of us or even when there was 12 of us in one location. As we have grown and are now at over 75 staff over 5 offices this is something that is becoming harder to maintain but something we are extremely proud of. Probably something to do with the MD wanting to meet everyone during the interview process regardless of level.
We're serious about having fun and whilst work hard, play hard can seem like a cliché it's a rule we play by. As a minimum our offices have a table tennis table. Our Birmingham and London offices have a dedicated Games Room where you can sit back play some PlayStation with colleagues, solo or even challenge a client. Take the table football for a spin or go bat to basics over table tennis.
Ok so the teams may not appeal to everyone but the free food and bar certainly does. What could be better than spending time watching the best teams in England in the warm and mixing with the players after the game. Please note this is only considered a benefit if you don’t mind spending one day at the weekend with your Directors.

Each office has at least one Administrator. We want our sales guys selling and our support supporting. Too many sales people these days are sunk by a high administrative workload … not here they're not.
